Buying
How do I buy an item?
- Sign in or create an account.
- Browse or search for the item you want.
- Open the listing and review photos, description, and condition.
- Click the button to start the purchase and follow the checkout steps.
- Wait for the seller to ship your item and share tracking (if available).
How do I ask the seller a question before buying?
Use the messaging button on the listing or on the seller’s profile to send them a private message.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely through our marketplace payment provider. Available payment methods depend on your country and currency.
When will my item arrive?
Shipping times vary by seller. Check:
- The seller’s location
- Their shipping method
- Any tracking information they provide in messages

- Set your price and publish the listing.
What can I sell on The Rollers Collective?

- Skate-related apparel and bags
Items that are illegal, counterfeit, or not skate-related are not allowed.
How should I describe the condition of my items?

- “Used, scuffs on toes, wheels 60% life left” Honest descriptions build trust and reduce disputes.
When do I get paid?
Payment is processed through the platform after a successful transaction. Timing may depend on the payment provider’s rules and your bank.
