1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the platform, browsing listings, buying, selling, or interacting with other users, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
To use The Rollers Collective, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Create an account with accurate information
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all policies and guidelines
Users under 18 must have permission from a parent/guardian.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or policies.
4. Buying & Selling on The Rollers Collective
Sellers must:
- Accurately describe all items
- Use real photos of the actual product
- Disclose flaws, defects, or modifications
- Ship items promptly after receiving payment
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Not list prohibited items
Buyers must:
- Make payments only through the platform
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Communicate respectfully with sellers
The Rollers Collective is not responsible for items lost in transit, damaged during shipment, or misrepresented by sellers — but we may intervene in cases of fraud or abuse.
5. Payments & Fees
Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
Sellers agree that:
- A marketplace commission will be deducted from each sale
- Stripe may request identity verification
- Payouts may be delayed due to verification or fraud checks
Buyers agree that:
- Payments are final once submitted
- Refunds or cancellations may be limited
You authorize The Rollers Collective and Stripe to process payments on your behalf.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive listings
- Sell counterfeit or stolen products
- Use abusive or threatening language
- Attempt to scam or defraud other users
- Circumvent payments or conduct off-platform deals
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate pricing or feedback
- Post unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
7. Messaging & Communication
Users may message each other through the platform.
Messages may be reviewed only when needed to:
- Investigate fraud or disputes
- Enforce our community guidelines
- Ensure user safety
We do not monitor messages unless absolutely necessary.
8. Shipping & Transactions
Sellers are responsible for:
- Packaging orders securely
- Shipping within the stated timeframe
- Providing accurate tracking information
Buyers are responsible for:
- Inspecting items upon arrival
- Reporting issues promptly
- Providing correct delivery info
We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or incorrect addresses.
9. Refunds, Returns & Disputes
Refunds or returns are at the discretion of the seller unless required by law.
If a dispute arises:
- Contact the other party through the platform.

- We may request photos, evidence, or communication history.
We may intervene but cannot guarantee outcomes.
10. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload, including:
- Photos
- Descriptions
- Profile info
However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:
- Display your content
- Use it for platform functionality
- Promote listings or user profiles
We will never sell your content.
11. Intellectual Property
The Rollers Collective name, logo, design, and platform features are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent or harmful behavior
- Non-compliance with seller or buyer rules
- Requests from law enforcement
- Safety concerns
Users may request account deletion at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the platform
- We are not liable for disputes between users
- We are not liable for losses related to shipping, payments, or failed transactions
Use the platform at your own risk.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed.
All changes take effect immediately upon posting.
